How long does it take to deliver?
Depending on the product stock and if you have selected any customization options, all 3D items are made to order and require time to prepare. Delivery times may vary international but we will provide you with updates and tracking when possible.
All parcels are sent first class, tracked and require a signature.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship to most countries around the world.
Are these made by yourself?
All items listed as 3D printed are designed and printed by us.
Can you make a specific design or modification?
We’re open to modifying and designing items to suit your needs, if it isn’t too much trouble or time consuming we’d be happy to make modifications. Please reach out on Discord and we’ll see what we can do.
Out of stock?
We may alter the stock levels to ‘Out of Stock’ based on how many current orders we are working on. As the 3D prints are made to order and all take a set time to print, we want to keep expected delivery times realistic.
What payment options are available?
We currently accept PayPal, which provides protection for both the seller and the buyer.
How can I contact you?
We’re available on Discord most days (UK timezone), it’s quicker and provides a platform for much better support than email.
Is there any warranty?
Yes! If there are any structural defects or the product is damaged due to a printing or design defect then we will issue replacements free of charge.
How are the products priced?
Prices are based on a number of factors, but mainly the custom designed products are 3D printed to order per customer, with some prints taking over two hours to complete. We believe the pricing to be fair for our time, utility costs, design time and prep.
